O-Desmethyltramadol or O-DSMT is an opioid drug of the phenylpropylamine class, an active metabolite of tramadol. This is a designer drug, nothing is known about its toxicity, but it is known that it affects the body as a sedative, has analgesic properties, creates euphoria and muscle relaxation and suppresses anxiety. O-DSMT, unlike tramadol, has no stimulating effect and is closer to opioids in properties.
